The digitization of Contemporary Art:  Re- imagining Reality & the Cult of Culture. The digital revolution has provided an avenue of expression and distribution for Contemporary Art that was unavailable in previous times prior to the invention of the world wide web, iphone and the personal computer.   Contemporary art is more than ‘art that is produced currently at this time in the 21 st century’, there is a sense of pervasiveness of the digital throughout its production, presentation & dissemination.
