Wiser Food Choices, Perhaps ?

Eating your way to an early burnout? or Young enough to turn it around before it becomes a life threatening issue. Having wise choices with food is a struggle for all humans especially when we are slaves to our tastebuds and dopamine receptors. When I was in my 20's and 30's I was a full blown sugar addict but I didn't know it, I just ate whatever, pavlova, Turkish bread, meat pies whatever and I probably didn't even think to chew or stop eating when I was 80% full, gluttony in a subtle way as my weight was only ever 52-55kg being 5Ft 7". When I was around the age of 45 I had the biggest wake up call from a lifetime of these careless eating habits. Ballooning out to 75kg I felt like an oompa loompa for my fine boned frame.
