Keepin it LIMBER

 


Wow the next Phase in my recovery from Lymes/Mould/MCAS was forced upon me in the form of an eviction from my rental home of 3 years.

I had to put everything I have been writing about in my book "Unconventional Healing"  into practice and then some, my prayers got desperate and specific.  

God show me what to do, I yeild to you as the doctors HRT Solution arent helping and I dont have any money or Time for more specialists -- my brain and  body is not working or giving me any energy - Help ! I REFUSE sickness and infirmity its not my portion.

I had come a long way in the last 6 years and was happy with one day of activity and one day of rest.  UNTIL I had to be totally switched on 7 days a week for the next 2 months !!!

So I discovered an even deeper art of flagrant self care and wholesone routines admist the stress.  As usual I made alot if mistakes but hearing from the holy spirit I was able to correct the errors.

My main problem was that I was not used to daily activity, it hurt too much so my cone of activity was shrinking.  I had been training weekly in an EMS suit last year so I had some muscle strenght and ability to squat but I was nowhere near where I needed to be in levels of 8 hours a day lifting and packing. I wasnt taking methylene blue and  NAD injections to get by like I did last time I had to move. The HRT had turned me into a basket case and exhausted so I did a GPT deep dive and google search on progesterone intolerance/ histamine/menopause coupled with my unique DNA results and came up up with some answers to take to my doctor which he totally ignored. 

Anyway that process will be in my book.

Here is my budget way to get back in the game.

Summary 

  1. LYMPHATIC MASSAGE EACH MORNING 7 DAYS A WEEK
  2. Incorporate Oscar Patel tongue suction posture
  3. Simple Fascia and movement 5 mins
  4. Build up to incorporating weights and bands
Build up stamina to be able to do some :

Hula hooping
Shuffling dance class

Without carkin it !! Reverse aging and strength training is never too late to start.


Most of us want to Join the gym and guilt ourselves every new year with a big fat SHOULD but the cashola $$$ Outgoing is just an extra burden on the budget especially when there are asset producing index funds to put it in !! And dont get me started on the counteractive environment with the LED blue lighting, loud music, screens,wifi and aircon air  =toxic conditions= an outdoor park with sunlight and fresh air is ideal and FREE !

Move your body wisely before you lose it -- mobility is a gift - dont take it for granted !!! The enemy comes to kill steal and destroy and not always in obvious ways - slowly and sneakily with little sufferable sufferings that dont seem too bad, excuses Im too tired//Im too busy/Ill just do it later//I dont need a self care routine  - rebuke the devourer - take back the stolen territory- God already gave your the promised land and a body temple - take possession treat it like a precious gift - Ask God in prayer how do I take care of my physical body better show me your ways - I want restoration - I want your promises in your word 

Also just my thoughts on the insanity of indoor artificial lighting and gregarious doof music assaulting the earholes is probabky due to my low methylation status and extreme sensitivity to everything especially mould and sweat.

Give your gym membership money a work out - get outside to a park its free and glean the freebies from youtube and insta - here is my collection of holy spirit excellence to stay limber and funnel that gym money elsewhere into more productive outlets :
