My thoughts on the Video

I would skip the listerine and Sodium Flouride Toothpaste - I have found a brand that uses xylitol called Henry Blooms - tooth paste and mouthwash AND the brand has probiotic xylitol mints which are great to have in the car console --theres a party in my mouth with these and I wont kill anyone when I breathe on them !!

Also I have tried the Closys mouthwash Dr Ellie recommends and realised its just chlorine dioxide (its not bleach  - Bleach is Sodium hypochlorite ohhkayyyy)  diluted in water with some peppermint oil hmmmmm -- expensive mistake when I already have all those ingredients in my medicine cabinet/

Update:

Brochure from Bytes of Byron - where they have a lab service where they take swab and send away for complete rundown- that identifies each bacteria and parasites in the gums if you want to know what specific nasties you have. 

 They get transferred by kissing so treat your partner too / dont ever let a dog or cat lick your face ever again after treatment!!

I suffered 10 years of bleeding gums and was told to floss more each time I complained to the dentist. Lost two wisdom molars from my left side and was looking like skeletor from Heman luckiky my top gims grew back -- i started thd prtocol and changed my diet just in time.

Even if your diet is very low sugar if you have pashed on with someone with a dirty mouth years ago and the gums bleeding profusely every time you floss its not too late to start reversing - the gums need to be tight around each tooth to hold it in place - pockets are the loose junctions between tooth and gum and that is where you are aiming for the salt and brushing solution to get into.  

.always lick your teeth with lots if saliva in between meals and do your best to breath through your nose and keep your mouth shut at night - dont let your teeth dry out when sleeping with your mouth open - use surgical tape if you must to kerp your mouth shut and tongue suctioned on your top palate.  All the supermodels do it to keep their good bone structure !! And check for tonsil stones but thats a whole chapter in my new book how to deal with that..

 Makes me quite upset at how simple the solution is to the signals of a decaying body such as bleeding gums and why isnt modern dentistry teaching this to all their dentists ??  10 years of complaining and paying alot of money to fix holes and decay which was all avoidable if I was taught this as standard dental care when I was younger !!
